Shipping Policy
Where do you ship?
We currently ship Canada-wide. No matter where you're located, Blanc will deliver right to your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?
Our flagship sofas are made-to-order and dispatch within 6 weeks or less.
Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for residents of the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
For all other regions, shipping is calculated at checkout based on location.
Do you offer white glove or in-home assembly?
We currently offer White Glove Delivery exclusively for residents of British Columbia. This premium service includes delivery to your home, placement in your room of choice, unpacking, and removal of all packaging materials.
Rest of Canada
White Glove Delivery will be available soon for customers across the rest of Canada. We’ll update this section as soon as the service is launched in your area.
Shipping Damages
All Blanc products are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility. Once your order is handed over to a third-party carrier, we are not liable for any damage, loss, or delays that occur during transit.
- Customers must inspect all items upon delivery.
- Any visible damage must be documented with photographs and reported to both Blanc Living and the carrier within 48 hours of receipt so that a claim can be filed.
- Failure to report damages within this window may result in denial of the claim.
Measuring & Access Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that purchased furniture will fit through all doorways, elevators, hallways, and into the intended room.
- Please measure twice to confirm accessibility before placing your order.
- If completed furniture requires alterations due to size restrictions, all associated costs will be substantial and will be the customer’s responsibility.
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. As a result of each sofa being made to order, returned items will incur a 50% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned items must be in original, unused condition and shipped in their original packaging. Please contact us prior to return for approval and return instructions.
Can I exchange my sofa if it doesn’t fit?
We do not offer exchanges. All product dimensions are listed online and should be reviewed carefully before ordering. Each Blanc sofa is made to order and crafted specifically for your home.
Are there return shipping or restocking fees?
Yes. A 50% restocking fee applies to all returns, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. This policy helps reduce waste and ensures we can continue offering made-to-order quality at fair prices. We're here to help guide you through the decision-making process before you place an order.
Are the sofas modular?
Yes, every Blanc sofa is fully modular. You can mix, match, and reconfigure pieces to suit your space and evolve with your lifestyle.
Can I add or reconfigure pieces later?
Absolutely. Our modular system is designed to grow with you. You can add on to your sofa or rearrange its configuration anytime.
Are the covers removable or washable?
Yes, the seat and back cushion covers are removable. We don’t use removable or velcro-attached frame covers as they tend to lose their shape and durability over time. Instead, our performance fabric is ultra-durable, stain-resistant, and easy to maintain with minimal care.
What’s special about your performance fabric?
Our fabric boasts a 250,000 rub count, more than 3-8x the industry standard of 30,000–78,000. It’s soft to the touch, yet built to last for years of everyday use.
What is plush seat technology?
Our seat cushions feature a supportive foam core wrapped in a specialized dacron-fiber blend. This delivers a plush, comfortable sit while retaining its shape over time.
Can I order fabric swatches?
Absolutely. We’re pleased to offer complimentary fabric swatches so you can experience the texture, tone, and quality of our materials firsthand. Simply contact us with your preferred swatches and shipping address, and our team will prepare your selection with care.
How long do swatches take to arrive?
Your swatches will be dispatched within 2–4 business days and shipped at no cost to you, ensuring a seamless start to your Blanc experience.

Upholstery Care
- Vacuum & Rotate Regularly
Lightly vacuum your furniture and rotate cushions on a regular basis. This helps extend the life of the fabric, maintain its shape, and reduce wrinkling. - Professional Cleaning Only
We recommend professional upholstery cleaning to preserve the integrity of your fabrics. Should professional cleaning services be unavailable in your area, we recommend the use of either a steam cleaner or any delicate stain remover/cleaner (do not bleach). - Natural Characteristics
Pilling, stretching, and wrinkling are natural tendencies of high-quality fabrics and leathers. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not covered under warranty. - Reducing Pilling
A fabric shaver can be used periodically to reduce pilling and maintain a smooth appearance.
General Tips
- Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub.
- For spot cleaning, always test any product on an inconspicuous area first.

Orders & Changes Policy
Lead Time
Our standard production lead time is 4–6 weeks from the date your order is confirmed. This estimate does not include weekends or holidays and is subject to change based on material availability, production schedules, and other supply chain considerations beyond our control. Should delays occur, we will provide timely updates and revised delivery estimates.
Handcrafted Excellence & Variations
Each Blanc piece is meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. As a result, slight variations in dimensions, color, texture, or finish are a natural characteristic of bespoke, handmade furniture. These distinctions enhance the individuality of each piece and are not considered defects.
Order Modifications
- You may request changes to your order within 48 hours of placing it. This includes adjustments to configuration, fabric, finish, or delivery details.
- After 48 hours, your order enters production and changes may not be possible. If changes are approved, additional costs and extended lead times may apply.
All approved changes will be confirmed in writing by Blanc.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All Blanc furniture is made-to-order to your specifications. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted and the order is considered final sale. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before confirmation.
Delays & Force Majeure
While we make every effort to meet stated timelines, certain factors including but not limited to matters such as supplier delays, transportation disruptions, weather events, or material shortages may impact delivery schedules. Blanc is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control but will work diligently to keep you informed.
Blanc Living Warranty Policy
Section 1 – Basic Warranty Terms
At Blanc Living, we create premium, made-to-order furniture designed for lasting comfort and performance. We stand behind the quality of our materials, craftsmanship, and design.
Coverage
- 10-Year Limited Warranty on the structural frame of all Blanc Living furniture.
- 5-Year Limited Warranty on seat foam and back cushions.
- 1-Year Limited Warranty on fabric, leather, and upholstery materials.
Invoice Requirement
An original Blanc Living invoice is required for any and all warranty claims or service work. Without this documentation, warranty coverage cannot be honored.
Effective Date
This policy applies to all orders placed on or after August 01, 2025. Orders prior to this date are covered under our previous warranty terms.
Section 2 – Warranty Agreement and Restrictions
Blanc Living warrants that products purchased from blancliving.com are free from defects in material, workmanship, and function under Normal Residential Use from the original date of delivery.
If a warranted product is found to be defective under normal residential use, Blanc Living will, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Provide an appropriate adjustment or refund
Any remedy provided will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.
This warranty does not cover:
- Labor, shipping, or other costs to remove or reinstall products
- Damage from misuse, mishandling, accidents, neglect, improper installation, or acts of nature
- Improper cleaning or maintenance (including abrasive or harsh chemicals)
- Modifications or repairs not authorized by Blanc Living
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric pilling, softening of foam, or natural variations in materials
Section 3 – Warranty Claim Process
To file a claim, email info@blancliving.com with:
- A copy of your original Blanc Living invoice
- Product name, configuration, and quantity
- A description of the defect
- Photos or video clearly showing the issue
Our team will review your claim and advise on the next steps.
Section 4 – Limitation of Liability
This warranty replaces all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Blanc Living is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of use, or reputational harm.
Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
